This process is a common processing technology for wet glass sand. First, the quartz stone falls into the hopper, and the quartz stone is crushed into coarse material after primary crushing, which is transported by the belt conveyor to the secondary crusher for further crushing. The smaller stones enter the vibrating screen to screen out two sizes of quartz stones, and the stones that exceed the size are returned to the crusher. The production line has a high degree of automation, low operating cost, high crushing efficiency, energy saving, large output, less pollution, and convenient maintenance. The final quartz sand has uniform particle size, good particle shape and reasonable particle size distribution, which can meet the national construction machinery sand standard.

By the top feed hopper, the material falls into the crusher impeller, with the effect of centrifugal force, rotating at high speed and crushing with the other material separated around the impeller, when two parts are crushing and impacting, they will become a eddy current between the impeller and machine shell, and repeat their mutual impacting to be the effect of grinding, then the final products will be discharged, with the vibrating screen, the whole system becomes a close cycle.
