The gyratory crusher is mainly composed of the beam part, the upper, middle and lower frame parts, the moving cone part, the eccentric sleeve part, the transmission part and the hydraulic cylinder part. The eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, so as to continuously squeeze and crush the stones.
PXH gyratory crusher has international advanced crushing technology and is a new type of intelligent primary crusher with large capacity and high efficiency. It integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control technologies, and has advantages that traditional crushing equipment does not have. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can move up and down to easily adjust the size of the discharge port and the particle size of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object (such as iron block) enters the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically drop the moving cone, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to crush.

The heavy-duty frame can adapt to any harsh working environment, and the integrally forged shaft and moving cone eliminate the risk of cone loosening during operation, further reducing downtime. The locking thread of the moving cone is on the replaceable bushing, not on the shaft. In this way, there is no stress concentration in the shaft and the strength can be higher.
